  2. Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm không đăng tài sản trí tuệ, bí mật kinh doanh hay số liệu nhạy cảm lên hồ sơ công khai.
  3. Match và intro chỉ dựa trên thông tin tối thiểu. NDA, term sheet và due diligence thuộc quan hệ hai bên ngoài nền tảng.
  4. NIC có quyền từ chối, tạm ngưng, gỡ bỏ hoặc giới hạn hồ sơ vi phạm / rủi ro mà không cần báo trước.

  1. The MUG Deal-flow by NIC Platform and NIC do not guarantee absolute security for information users voluntarily upload or exchange outside the Platform.
  2. Users are solely responsible if they publish IP, trade secrets, or sensitive financial data on public profiles.
  3. Matches and introductions use minimal profile data only. NDAs, term sheets, and due diligence remain bilateral agreements outside the Platform.
  4. NIC may reject, suspend, remove, or limit profiles that violate terms or pose network risk, without prior notice.
